Rebecca Marchington, Ph.D.

Rebecca is responsible for the identification, sourcing and recruitment of high-quality startups, while providing relevant support and ecosystem building opportunities. Previously, she consulted with a wide network of pharmaceutical and healthcare leaders to provide business strategy and insights through landscape analyses, commercial opportunity assessments and market models. Rebecca also has a background in Venture Capital, working at Bridge Valley Ventures, conducting in-depth technological and market research to support the entire investment process.

Rebecca earned a PhD in Chemistry and master’s degree at University College London and University of Manchester, respectively.
